Join our dynamic therapy team in our spacious 11,00 square foot facility, featuring a therapy pool, private treatment rooms and a spacious gym equipped for therapy. Here you will play a vital role in enhancing patient independence and quality of life through personalized occupational therapy services. In this engaging position, you will assess, develop, and implement tailored treatment plans with our multidisciplinary team of PT, OT and Speech Language Therapy professionals. Your expertise will support individuals with a wide range of needs, from neurodevelopmental disorders, fine motor development, sensory processing, coordination, work related injuries, TBI injuries and functional rehabilitation in a fun, supportive and collaborative environment. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical goals, patient needs, and evidence-based practices. Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor development, sensory processing, coordination, work related injuries, TBI injuries and functional rehabilitation. Collaborate with speech therapists, physical therapists, physicians, educators, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care strategies. Manage medical documentation accurately within electronic health records (EHR) systems while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Provide specialized interventions for individuals with autism spectrum disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, disabilities, or those recovering from injury. Qualifications Valid licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist, PTA or COTA in accordance with state regulations. Demonstrated experience working with individuals with disabilities across diverse populations such as pediatrics, geriatrics, neurodevelopmental disorders, and post-acute care. Proficiency in conducting occupational therapy assessments and developing effective treatment plans based on physiology and anatomy knowledge. Experience assisting with ADLs and implementing occupational therapy programs tailored to client needs. Strong communication skills for client interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration within clinical teams. Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation standards in healthcare settings.
