Why Choose This Opportunity Supportive interdisciplinary clinical team Opportunities for professional growth Patient-centered care environment with meaningful outcomes Physical Therapy Team Lead Responsibilities Supports the Director of Therapy in managing the daily activities and administrative functions of the therapy team. Uses sound management principles to organize, plan, coordinate and control the flow of patients, activities/services, personnel, and utilization of resources. Develops, monitors, and communicates clinician schedules, and makes daily adjustments as necessary. Provides adequate levels of staff to ensure safe and effective patient care. Resolves conflicts, mediates, and ensures compliance with policies by employees and physicians Conducts thorough physical therapy assessments to identify patient needs and limitations and integrating physical therapy treatment plans into the Plan of Care (POC) as directed by the physician orders. Develops individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and needs, often in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team Implements various physical therapy techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and assistive devices, to improve mobility, strength, and pain management. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program required. Current, active, unencumbered Physical Therapist (PT) licensure.
