You will provide one-on-one outpatient Physical Therapy in 30-minute appointments , treat orthopedic, postoperative, and active patients, and use manual therapy, progressive therapeutic exercise, and clinical reasoning to create individualized plans of care. You will also receive unlimited continuing education, weekly clinical rounds, direct mentorship, modern treatment equipment, Physical Therapy technician support, and a personalized professional development plan built around your goals. For Physical Therapists interested in advanced specialization, MOSS also offers an optional, fully funded IAOM-US residency program while you continue earning your full competitive salary and remain eligible for bonuses and annual raises . This position is based exclusively at our Springtown, Texas clinic, approximately 10 miles from Azle . Four 10-hour days Five 8-hour days Four 9-hour days and one half-day Practice Physical Therapy With Your Hands and Your Clinical Judgment MOSS is a manual therapy-focused outpatient practice where Physical Therapists are trusted to think critically, treat hands-on, and make thoughtful clinical decisions.
Your caseload may include:
Orthopedic conditions Postoperative rehabilitation Nonoperative musculoskeletal injuries Active patient populations Patients working to improve strength, mobility, function, and quality of life You will combine manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and clinical reasoning to help patients progress toward meaningful functional goals. You will have the freedom to use your clinical judgment while still having access to mentorship, collaboration, and feedback. One-on-One Patient Care With the Right Support You will provide one-on-one Physical Therapy in 30-minute appointments with support from Physical Therapy technicians. Technicians assist with appropriate treatment support, equipment, and treatment-area preparation so you can spend more of your day focused on skilled Physical Therapy. Fully Funded IAOM-US Residency Opportunity Physical Therapists interested in advanced specialization can pursue an optional, fully funded residency program through IAOM-US . Phases of Healing Provide hands-on manual therapy and progressive therapeutic exercise Progress treatment based on patient response and functional outcomes Educate patients about their condition, treatment plan, recovery, and long-term health Complete timely plans of care and documentation in the electronic medical record Document functional outcomes required by insurance payers Supervise implementation of each patient's plan of care Coordinate treatment with Physical Therapy technicians and support staff Participate in weekly clinical rounds and collaborative case discussions Track established clinical and operational performance indicators Participate in marketing strategies that support practice growth Attend community events and help increase awareness of the clinic Bring ideas and solutions that improve patient care and clinic operations Help maintain a professional, welcoming, and team-oriented environment Help ensure each patient feels cared for and supported Create a Patient Experience People Remember Great Physical Therapy is about more than exercises, techniques, and documentation.
