$2,640/gross week ($66/hour, 40 hours/week) Anticipated duration of assignment: 13 weeks

Schedule:

Dayshift, 5 days x 8 hours

Key Responsibilities:

Work in both acute care and outpatient setting Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients recovering from injury, surgery, or illness, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals Document patient progress, educate patients and families, and adapt care plans as needed Provide quality rehabilitative therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and elderly patients in an inpatient and outpatient settings

Required:
