Join our dynamic healthcare team as a dedicated Physical Therapist, where you will play a vital role in restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving the quality of life for diverse patient populations. You will assess individual needs, develop personalized care plans, and implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions across various settings. Your expertise will help patients regain independence and achieve their health goals through compassionate, skilled care delivered in outpatient clinics, hospitals, or community environments. Duties We have all the PT equipment in-house Required to learn our EHR system to take notes for our auto accident patients This is a 1099 position, but I am also wanting to rent out the space to a PT monthly on top of that Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional abilities. Develop and implement customized treatment plans utilizing techniques such as manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and therapeutic exercises. Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting care plans to optimize recovery outcomes. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term wellness. Manage clinical documentation standards accurately within electronic health records (EHR) systems while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning and ensure seamless continuity of care across inpatient, outpatient, or home health settings. Assist in training and supervising support staff or interns to uphold high standards of patient care and safety. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or related field from an accredited program. Valid licensure or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role within outpatient clinics, hospitals, or rehabilitation centers. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practices. Experience working with geriatric patients, pediatrics, neurology cases, orthopedics, and outpatient rehabilitation is highly desirable. Familiarity with clinical documentation standards and EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems for efficient patient record management. Demonstrated ability to perform discharge planning effectively for diverse patient needs across inpatient and community settings.
