Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT); relevant education accepted for prior standards
Preferred:
at least one year of clinical experience
Required Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days, licensed Physical Therapist from the relevant licensing board, and Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT)
