Schedule/Hours:
Full-time, travel assignment Flexible scheduling based on facility needs
Qualifications:
Valid and current state Physical Therapy license Recent experience in a hospital or outpatient PT setting strongly preferred Skilled in evaluation, treatment planning, and progress documentation Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities Commitment to professional codes of conduct and ethical standards
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design individualized, functional treatment plans for assigned patients Document medical records concisely, including goal writing, assessments, and insurance compliance Direct and delegate therapy services for optimal care delivery within physician guidelines Engage in organizational safety protocols, including safe patient handling and infection control Serve as a mentor and educator for patients, families, students, and colleagues Develop and pursue a personalized professional development plan through ongoing education and involvement in professional organizations Uphold clinic guidelines for attendance, professionalism, and confidentiality
