Responsibilities Accept and treat patients based on your preferred coverage area Provide high-quality, ethical physical therapy care in the home setting Communicate patient needs, changes, and concerns promptly Complete accurate documentation in a timely manner (24-hour standard) Suggest appropriate DME when indicated Comply with 360 Therapy Outsource policies and procedures Qualifications Current Texas PT license in good standing Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program CPR certification Professional Liability Insurance Valid Driver's License and current auto insurance Reliable transportation Our Core Values At 360 Therapy Outsource, we value: Compassion
