Physical Therapist (PT) | Full-Time | Outpatient | 410 S Gun Barrel Lane Gun Barrel City, TX 75156 Physical Therapy Today, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Gun Barrel City, Texas. At Physical Therapy Today, you'll work with a diverse outpatient population and provide evidence-based care for patients recovering from injury, surgery, chronic pain, and mobility-related conditions. Our therapists focus on helping patients restore function, reduce pain, improve mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy most. As part of a community-focused clinic and a larger network of rehabilitation professionals, you'll have opportunities to collaborate with experienced clinicians while building strong relationships with patients and referral partners throughout the area.
Your Role:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life. Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-surgical, musculoskeletal, balance, vestibular, and mobility-related conditions. Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes. Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time. Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management. Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians. Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence. Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
