Job Description
Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and facilities equipment to ensure optimal operation. Keep maintenance log book up to date with all required maintenance schedules. Drive our residents to appointments. Must be patient and work will with our elderly residents. Pay will be commiserate with experience.
