Desired Skills & Experience:
Active Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) in Texas Recent experience in outpatient or acute care settings preferred Strong clinical reasoning and patient evaluation abilities Commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning Familiarity with regulatory standards, compliance, and ethical practice
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and administer individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician directives Lead and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned caseloads Design functional programs enabling effective community reintegration Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and peers Uphold organizational standards, mission, and safety protocols Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress in medical records in a timely, accurate manner Promote and maintain a culture of patient and employee safety Actively contribute to performance improvement initiatives and professional growth opportunities
