Pay package discussed upon application No additional benefits information available What You'll Do Provide outpatient physical therapy assessments and treatment planning Support inpatient coverage on Mondays, ensuring continuity of care Document patient progress using Web PT for outpatient and Trubridge EMR for inpatient settings Collaborate with a team of PTs and healthcare staff in a hospital environment Ensure compliance with facility standards, dress code (scrubs, collared shirt), and professionalism Manage caseloads of various outpatient orthopedic and post-surgical patients Participate in patient education and discharge planning as needed What You Need Valid Texas Physical Therapist license At least 1 year of outpatient and inpatient experience Proficiency with EMR systems: Web PT and Trubridge Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hospital setting About the Assignment This outpatient clinic in a hospital setting offers comprehensive outpatient services with a small inpatient component (swing bed/SNF with a maximum of 24 beds). The role involves managing diverse patient cases, focusing on orthopedic and rehabilitation services with a collaborative team of PTs and support staff.
