Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Active licensure as a Physical Therapist Experience or interest in school-based settings and working with diverse age groups Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to develop and modify IEP goals and participate in IEP meetings Creative, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for student-centered care

Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to a diverse caseload, supporting gross motor skill development Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to enhance students' educational experiences Conduct evaluations, write reports, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for each student Offer guidance and education to school staff to foster a supportive and accommodating environment
