Our team provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with an emphasis on functional outcomes and return to activity. Job Summary The Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, and musculoskeletal conditions. The PT works collaboratively with physicians, physical therapist assistants, and support staff to provide evidence-based care and optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish individualized plans of care Develop treatment goals and progress patients appropriately based on clinical findings Provide skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic activities, manual therapy, and patient education Reassess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Complete accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and payer requirements Communicate effectively with referring providers and interdisciplinary team members Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff Educate patients regarding diagnosis, prognosis, home exercise programs, and self-management strategies Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas (or eligible for licensure) Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities Ability to manage a productive caseload in a fast-paced outpatient setting Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary with productivity bonus opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with employer match Paid time off (PTO) CEU reimbursement and MedBridge access Professional development and leadership growth opportunities Schedule Options Full-time Part-time and PRN positions available
