In this contract role, you'll assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based PT interventions to improve mobility, safety, and functional independence for diverse patient populations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, develop and update treatment plans, document in EMRs, and support safe discharge planning. Use StaffDNA's digital platform to manage assignments and schedules while thriving in a high-energy, performance-driven, and rewards-based culture focused on innovation and clinician empowerment. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive inpatient PT evaluations and evidence-based treatment interventions Develop, implement, and progress individualized care plans to improve mobility and function Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab team on goals and discharge planning Educate patients and families on home exercises, safety, and use of assistive devices Accurately document assessments, treatments, and outcomes in the EMRAdapt quickly to new hospital settings, policies, and workflows as a traveler Use Staff DNA's digital platform to manage assignments, credentials, and scheduling Maintain compliance with state licensure, hospital regulations, and professional standards Required Skills Inpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment Functional mobility and gait training Discharge and care planning Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation Interdisciplinary care collaboration Patient and family education Therapy equipment and assistive devices use Treatment planning and progression Time and caseload management Regulatory and documentation compliance
