As a Physical Therapist at one of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, you will: Complete timely and accurate documentation using Casamba (web-based) and Therapy Source Interpret assessment and diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports Ensure accurate transcription and processing of medical orders Promote continuous quality improvement within the clinic Educate, instruct, and counsel patients and families as needed Qualifications Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
