We're a therapist-owned pediatric PT, OT, and Speech clinic in McKinney. We've created a space where therapists can be creative, collaborate with each other, and make therapy something kids actually look forward to. This position will start as a contract role with the opportunity to build your caseload and grow into a full-time position. What You'll Be Doing No two days in pediatrics look exactly the same! You'll work with children and young adults with a variety of diagnoses and developmental needs, providing individualized treatment focused on areas such as: Gross motor development and developmental milestones Strength and endurance Balance and coordination Gait and mobility Motor planning Functional independence You'll complete evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, collaborate with families, and work alongside our OT and Speech teams. And yes, your workday may involve obstacle courses, swings, balance beams, scooters, bubbles, and getting on the floor more often than sitting at a desk. Who We're Looking For We'd love to find a PT who: Loves working with kids and their families Is creative and comfortable thinking outside the box during treatment Values collaboration but can also work independently Has great communication and organizational skills Wants to be part of a small practice and grow with it Pediatric experience is preferred, but new grads who are excited about pediatrics are absolutely encouraged to apply.
