PM Position Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week acute care assignment at a leading short-term acute care facility in Lubbock, Texas. This opportunity offers a collaborative clinical environment where therapists provide individualized patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide acute care therapy services focused on mobility, strength, and functional independence Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Accurately document patient progress, treatment interventions, and discharge recommendations Educate patients and families regarding therapy goals and recovery plans Maintain compliance with facility protocols, safety standards, and documentation requirements

Requirements:
