Travel Physical Therapist in Pasadena, TX Soliant - 3.9 Pasadena, TX Job Details Travel healthcare 3 days ago Qualifications Physical Therapy License Full Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Deliver expert physical therapy services in a dynamic outpatient hospital setting focused on patient-centered care and community reintegration. This travel position is located in Pasadena, TX, offering the opportunity to apply strong clinical reasoning and therapeutic skills to evaluate, plan, and implement effective treatment strategies aligned with patients' goals and physician directives.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate assigned patients comprehensively to develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans. Direct and delegate discipline-specific therapy services, ensuring functional treatment programs that facilitate patients' return to community activities. Educate patients, families, students, and coworkers, fostering a collaborative and informed care environment. Maintain clear, concise, and timely documentation including goal setting, quality indicators, medical necessity letters, and charge entry in compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards. Uphold professional standards and codes of conduct, ensuring patient and employee safety through adherence to safety protocols and organizational policies. Participate in student training programs, providing supervision and evaluation to support clinical education. Engage in continuous professional development aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing with adherence to State Practice Act. Proven ability to perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop effective therapeutic plans. Strong documentation skills compliant with state, federal, and intermediary guidelines. Commitment to patient and employee safety, including infection control, safe patient handling, and workplace hazard awareness.
