Role Overview:

As a Physical Therapist at BrightStar Care of Plano/N. Dallas, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to patients in their homes throughout the Richardson area. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to empower individuals to achieve their personal health goals. Whether you work on-site only, you'll have the opportunity to create a flexible schedule that accommodates your availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' physical abilities and functional limitations to develop personalized therapy plans. Administer physical therapy treatments and interventions in alignment with patient goals. Document treatment progress and communicate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes. Maintain compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and documentation standards. Work as an independent contractor under PRN (as needed) opportunities, responding to patient needs with flexibility and compassion.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas. Experience in home health or outpatient settings preferred. Exceptional communication skills and a passion for patient care. Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively. Proficiency in English.

Bonus If You:

Have prior experience with pediatric or geriatric populations. Hold additional certifications related to physical therapy specialties.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is on-site only, based in Richardson, Texas.
