Expected Caseload & Time Commitment Active Clinical Hours:

Target capacity of 20-25 direct patient care hours per week to ensure one-on-one, high-quality care without clinician burnout.

Practice Building & Collaboration:

Dedicated hours reserved each week for interprofessional case rounds, cross-referral strategy, and executive management as a practice partner.

Growth Pace:

Onboarding capacity for 4-6 new patient evaluations per week as we scale the physical therapy branch of the clinic.
