FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (DPT) in Rowlett, TX to help launch and grow a new outpatient clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who wants more than a standard staff role — offering input into clinic culture, strong mentorship, and room to grow as the clinic expands. Whether you're an experienced PT or an early-career clinician ready to be part of something new, this role is flexible based on the right candidate. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$85,000-$95,000 (based on experience) Performance-based bonus opportunities 401(k) Health care stipend Paid time off (holidays, vacation, sick time) Mentorship and professional development Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy care Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedics, vestibular, balance, and neuro Collaborate with leadership to help establish clinic workflows and culture Maintain timely, accurate documentation Contribute to clinic growth through patient engagement and community outreach Work closely with PTAs and support staff Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Texas PT license (or license-eligible) Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, neuro, and balance therapy Strong communication and teamwork skills Desire to grow professionally and help build a great clinic Ready to Help Build Something New?
