- $80,080.00
- $108,804.80
- Compensation depends upon candidate's years of experience
- Seeking a driven candidate with a growth mindset to contribute to new sports/orthopedics clinic in Sachse TX. We are looking to grow our team with someone to contribute to a positive culture, centered on the patients full rehabilitation and return to sport. Strong manual skills and sports experience preferred. Current clinic hours are Monday and Wednesday 7am
- 5 pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9 am
- 7 pm, and Friday 8 am
- 12pm. This may be subject to change with expansion.

- Responsibilities
- + Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment +
Patient Case Load Average:
10-12 patients a day + Timely and accurate documentation usingTherapEBridge + Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports + Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately + Promoting continuous quality improvement + Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed- Qualifications
- + Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required. + Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations. \#BSWIR-Outpatient
