What You'll Do Work with a highly educated team of specialists Perform comprehensive evaluations and build individualized plans of care Deliver evidence-based treatments that actually move the needle Progress patients with clinical reasoning, not cookie-cutter protocols Use therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, and treatments effectively Educate patients so they understand the why , not just the reps Document clearly, accurately, and efficiently (we respect your time) Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize outcomes Supervise students and help shape the next generation of clinicians Ensure accurate billing and coding that reflects the care provided What Makes This Role Different Clinical autonomy
