+ Physical Therapy License issued by The Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy (ECPTOTE) Texas State Board + Prefer one or more years of experience in Acute or Inpatient Physical Therapy Setting + Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
