We are seeking a dedicated and skilled School-Based Physical Therapist to join our team on a 1099 contract basis (full-time or part-time schedule) As a Physical Therapist, you will work in collaboration with our team & school staff to provide essential services to students with diverse needs. Your role will include assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions to support students in their educational curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' physical therapy needs as they apply to access to educational curriculum.
• Develop and implement individualized plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student success.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas
• Experience in pediatric or school-based physical therapy is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt and tailor therapy to meet individual student needs.
