Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat outpatient Physical Therapy patients Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings Provide hands-on, evidence-based treatment interventions Support patients through orthopedic, vestibular, balance, TMJ, and wellness-focused rehabilitation programs Educate patients on movement, injury prevention, recovery strategies, and long-term wellness Build trust and strong therapeutic relationships with patients Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with support staff and fellow clinicians to ensure coordinated care Deliver an exceptional patient experience from initial evaluation through discharge
