Position Summary We're looking for a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) who is passionate about patient care and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. This Physical Therapist will work with a diverse outpatient population and partner closely with chiropractors and support staff to deliver thoughtful, integrated care in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting. Key Responsibilities Perform physical therapy evaluations and assessments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and clinical findings Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, stretching, and physical therapy modalities Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, mobility, posture, and recovery strategies Monitor patient progress, reassess functional outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant physical therapy documentation and billing Collaborate with chiropractors and the multidisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy care focused on pain relief, movement, strength, and function Qualifications DPT or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in Texas Experience in outpatient physical therapy or outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred Strong clinical reasoning, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills Passion for patient-centered care and helping patients improve function and quality of life Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance
