Job Description
FT Physical Therapist in
Comanche Area Responsibilities and Duties:
Develops and revises plan of care in consultation with physician and other careteam members. Provides therapeutic treatments and evaluation of equipment needs as applicable. Participates in clinical conferences and inservice programs. Conducts onsite supervisory visits of physical therapy assistants. Advises and consults with the family and other agency personnel as applicable. Prepares clinical and progress notes. Protects and honors patient and coworker confidentiality and right to privacy. Evaluates outcomes of care. Plans for discharge.Qualifications and Skills:
Current Texas PT License. Current Certification in BSL/CPR Valid Texas Driver's License and Automobile Insurance Knowledge of WellSky EMR software is a plusSalary:
