Physical Therapist -
Outpatient OrthopedicsLocation:
Stephenville, TX /

Outpatient Orthopedic ClinicSalary:
$80,000-$90,000 per year, based on experienceWe are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient physical therapy practice serving patients in the Stephenville and Hico areas.

This position is ideal for a PT who enjoys hands-on patient care, working with an energetic team, and helping patients improve their strength, mobility, and quality of life.

Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and identify their physical therapy needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when needed.
  • Educate patients and families on exercises, treatment plans, and recovery.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
  • Communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in patient care.
  • Assist with appropriate discharge planning.
  • Stay current with physical therapy practices and treatment techniques.
Requirements
  • Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Texas licensure.
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physical therapy principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
