Qualifications & Experience:
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is strongly preferred Ability to assess, develop, and implement therapy interventions for a varied K-12 caseload Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and compliance Confident communicator; able to collaborate with students, staff, and caregivers Passion for helping young learners reach their fullest potentialKey Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy services to K-12 students onsite during the 26/27 school year Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development and progress reporting Educate staff and families on strategies that enhance student mobility and participation in school activities Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with state and federal special education guidelinesBenefits & Perks:
