$40.00 - $43.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Application Question(s): Do you have an active Texas Physical Therapist (PT) license? Do you hold a current BLS/CPR certification? Is your PT license and BLS/CPR certification valid through the entire 13-week contract? Are you currently in good standing with the Texas PT licensing board? Do you have Outpatient Physical Therapy experience? Are you comfortable seeing 12-14 patients per day? Can you meet a productivity expectation of around 60 visits per week? Are you comfortable with double-booking follow-up visits? Are you willing to float to the PEAK Mansfield clinic if needed? Are you available for the full 13-week contract from 10/19/2026 to 01/16/2027? Are you local within 50 miles of Waxahachie, TX, or would you be traveling? Are you comfortable working 36 guaranteed hours with the possibility of up to 40 hours/week?
