Job Description

Job Summary Three Lakes Physical Therapy in Austin, TX is seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic award-winning healthcare team. In this role, you will assess, develop, and implement personalized care plans to help patients recover, improve mobility, and regain independence. Your expertise will support a fun and active patient population across a variety of age and fitness levels in an outpatient setting. Our team uses high level manual therapy and functional activity mixed with top tier equipment for dynamic training. We offer both insurance covered and concierge care plans as well as post-rehab wellness options We are PT owned and quality of care is of utmost importance, not numbers in the door. You will have the time, equipment and support you need to give patients an optimal clinic experience and top level care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through innovative, science backed techniques, top tier equipment usage, outstanding teamwork and compassionate support. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional abilities. Evaluations are 1 on 1 and 60 minutes. AI technologies available to look at movement patterns Develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs, goals, and medical history. You will have the time and support you need to carry it out with excellent 1 on 1 interactions with patients and highly trained tech partners Implement evidence-based interventions such as MLS laser therapy, dry needling, blood flow restriction, trigger point therapy, manual hands on treatments, and post-rehab wellness care. We have all the cool stuff and patients are 1 on 1 with their care team throughout every session Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and self-care techniques to promote long-term wellness. Support discharge planning by coordinating with personal training and wellness teams to ensure seamless transitions from therapy back to their sport or to our post-rehab programs, home gym or community care settings . Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic medical records (Prompt EMR systems) while maintaining confidentiality. Qualifications Doctoral or Master's degree in Physical therapy. Strong mentors are available so new grads are welcome to apply but must be confident communicators with strong functional exercise skills Skills in specialized therapies such as trigger point therapy , dry needling and orthopedic rehabilitation are highly desirable. Personal training or PT tech background is a plus Ability to work effectively in a team with good communication and creative exercise planning is a plus Benefits Position offers top tier pay commensurate with your experience, ability for special contributions to the team and participation in community out-reach.
