We blend orthopedic and spine rehabilitation with strength, movement, and a whole-person approach to health and recovery. We believe physical therapy is about more than exercises and manual techniques. We value curiosity, excellent communication, and meaningful relationships with our clients. Our goal is to help people better understand their bodies, move with confidence, and return to the activities they love. We care as much about how we treat people as the techniques we use. Exceptional outcomes begin with exceptional relationships. Our practice is located inside a fully equipped gym in Holladay, providing an ideal environment for helping clients transition from rehabilitation into strength, fitness, and long-term wellness. About the Position We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist with an interest in orthopedic and spine care who would like to grow with our practice over time. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working one-on-one, values individualized care, and understands the importance of listening and developing strong therapeutic relationships. Clinical skills matter, but we place equal value on communication, empathy, curiosity, and the ability to connect with people. We are looking for someone who is thoughtful, coachable, and committed to helping clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout rehabilitation. You do not need every certification on our wish list. We would rather hire an excellent clinician and communicator who is eager to learn than someone who checks every box on paper but is not the right fit for our clients and culture. Additional opportunities may include coaching strength classes, participating in workshops and community education, contributing to educational content, and helping shape the practice as it grows. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one orthopedic and spine physical therapy evaluations and treatments Develop individualized treatment plans using a whole-person, movement-based approach Build strong therapeutic relationships and provide an exceptional client experience Educate clients about movement, exercise, lifestyle factors, and strategies for long-term health Provide appropriate follow-up communication, including recap emails and individualized home exercise programming Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with personal trainers and healthcare professionals when appropriate Participate in mentorship, case discussions, training, and professional development Optionally participate in strength classes, workshops, community education, and practice outreach based on interest Required Qualifications Current Physical Therapist license in Utah Excellent communication and listening skills Warm, compassionate, and client-centered approach Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust Interest in working within a cash-based physical therapy model Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and grow professionally Consistent weekly availability and reliable attendance Interest in a long-term position and growing with the practice Preferred Qualifications The following are helpful but not required : Two or more years of orthopedic physical therapy experience Experience treating spine conditions, persistent pain, hypermobility, TMD, and/or perinatal clients MDT training or experience with the McKenzie Method Dry needling certification CSCS certification or an interest in strength and conditioning Experience in a cash-based physical therapy practice Comfort discussing clinical recommendations and helping clients understand appropriate plans of care Interest in a whole-person, movement-based approach to rehabilitation Schedule and Caseload The position is expected to begin at approximately 10 hours per week, depending on the initial caseload and agreed-upon clinical schedule. The role is intended to grow toward approximately 15-20 patient visits per week , depending on clinician availability and practice growth. We do not expect a full caseload on day one. The therapist's schedule and paid hours will expand as the caseload develops. Scheduling will be coordinated collaboratively within available clinic hours. Our goal is to establish consistent clinical blocks that work well for the therapist, our clients, and the practice. Treatment sessions are typically 30-60 minutes and always one-on-one. There is no double-booking. Paid work time includes scheduled patient care and required non-patient responsibilities, including documentation, client communication, home exercise programming, meetings, training, and other assigned work. Compensation This is a part-time, hourly W-2 employee position paying $45-$65 per hour , depending on experience, certifications, clinical skills, and responsibilities. There will be opportunities for increased hours, responsibilities, and compensation as the clinician and practice grow. Position Benefits and Perks True one-on-one patient care with no double-booking 30-, 45-, and 60-minute treatment sessions Freedom to practice without insurance-driven visit restrictions Flexible and collaboratively developed scheduling Paid mentorship and case discussions Professional growth and continuing education opportunities Free use of the gym during available non-class times Fully equipped gym environment for rehabilitation and strength training Opportunities to coach strength classes and workshops Opportunities to participate in community education The ability to help shape and grow a developing practice Who We're Looking For This is intentionally a long-term position .
