Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training to improve mobility and reduce pain Document assessments, goals, and progress notes accurately in EMR systems Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate comprehensive care Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and long-term management Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical outcomes Adhere to all regulatory, ethical, and documentation standards for physical therapy practice Participate in professional development and quality improvement initiatives Communicate proactively with recruiters and leadership to align assignments with career goals Support a patient-centered, clinician-first culture focused on quality and service.
