Who We're Looking For:

Home Health, in particular, is riddled with potato therapists

• therapists that show up, treat patients, and do the bare minimum.

This is not helpful to the patient, and does our profession a terrible disservice. It does not help the business grow, but more importantly, it does not promote personal and professional growth from the therapist.

We want therapists who are:

Passionate about home-based therapy and patient-centered care Experts in their field, or eager to develop specialized skills Eager to progress their practice and supervise/train their PTAs to provide better care to more patients Licensed in the state of Utah as a PT. (New Grads Welcome) Desire to obtain specialty certifications such as dry needling, lymphedema, vestibular, orthopedics, etc

Productivity Expectations:

• Work week

M-F, 8-5

• Assist in marketing efforts by being the clinical expert in community events and by being and excellent therapist and elevating your status
