What You Will Do As a Physical Therapist at RyseUP Rehab, you will guide patients through every stage of the rehabilitation process. You will evaluate their needs, develop a clear treatment plan, progress their care, and help them understand what they can do to achieve lasting results.
Your responsibilities will include:
Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations. Treat outpatient orthopedic patients with a wide range of conditions. Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals, movement limitations, and clinical findings. Use therapeutic exercise, movement training, patient education, and hands-on treatment when clinically appropriate. Progress and modify treatment plans based on patient response and functional improvement. Help patients understand their diagnosis, plan of care, progress, and long-term recovery strategy. Build trust through strong communication and an exceptional patient experience. Document patient care accurately and efficiently. Track outcomes and adjust treatment strategies when needed. Collaborate with teammates to improve clinical outcomes and clinic standards. Contribute to a culture of professionalism, accountability, growth, and clinical excellence.
