Hiring 2 Team Members @ 12-15 hrs avg. per week. This could increase in the future. 18 yrs old +. We require you to be avalible at least 1 Sunday a month. - Our ideal candidate will have a great personality and be able to talk to anyone. You must be agile and able to work alternating shifts. We require you to be avalible at least 1 Sundays a month.
- Need 2 Team Members @ 12-15 hrs per week available. Could increase in the future.
- 18 yrs and older
- Able to provide exceptional customer service to all of our guests.
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs.
- Open/close the store on your own.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Multilingual abilities are a bonus for communicating with diverse customers.
