What You'll Receive Compensation and Benefits Base salary of $88,000 to $100,000. Clinic Director bonus of $8,000 to $12,000 annually. Profit sharing of $5,000 to $8,000+ annually. Total compensation potential of $115,000 to $125,000+. 401(k) with 4% company match. $1,500 annual CEU reimbursement. $2,400 annual insurance stipend. Long-term career stability. What You'll Do As the Clinic Director / Physical Therapist at RyseUP Rehab , you will balance meaningful patient care with purposeful leadership. You will treat patients, mentor providers, support clinic growth, and help create an environment where both patients and clinicians can succeed.
Your responsibilities will include:
Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients. Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals, movement limitations, and clinical findings. Guide patients through treatment progressions that restore strength, mobility, confidence, and function. Deliver exceptional patient experiences through strong communication, education, and follow-through. Mentor, coach, and support Physical Therapists on the team. Lead team development, accountability, and clinical standards. Support hiring, onboarding, and provider development initiatives. Improve clinic operations, workflow, systems, and patient experience. Monitor performance metrics and support sustainable clinic growth. Lead team meetings, clinical discussions, and culture-building efforts. Protect and strengthen a clinic culture built on excellence, professionalism, and patient outcomes.
