CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Physical Therapist | Outpatient Orthopedic
LOCATION

COMPENSATION
100k + Profit Sharing, DOE Competitive Lead a clinic. Build a team. Own your outcomes. Synergy Physical Therapy is a growing, clinician-owned outpatient orthopedic practice serving Utah County. We are hiring a Clinical Director to lead one of our clinics and set the standard for patient care, team culture, and clinical excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role for a licensed physical therapist who wants ownership-level impact without leaving the treatment room. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead day-to-day clinical operations for your location and set the tone for a patient-centric culture. Carry a treatment caseload and deliver evidence-based, outcomes-driven orthopedic care. Supervise, mentor, and develop physical therapists, PTAs, and support staff.
Own clinic performance:
patient outcomes, scheduling, productivity, and growth. Conduct documentation audits and ensure compliance with Utah practice standards and payer requirements. Build referral relationships with physicians, coaches, and the local community. Develop and implement clinical programs and specialty services. Champion continuing education and clinical mentorship across the team.
WHAT YOU BRING
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). Current Utah PT license, or eligibility to obtain one before your start date. Two or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience. Leadership or mentorship experience preferred. Strong clinical reasoning and a commitment to evidence-based practice. Proven ability to lead people, manage priorities, and hold a standard. BLS/CPR certification. EHR proficiency. APTA membership preferred.
