Rocky Mountain Care is proud to announce a part time Physical Therapist position in our Home Health division. Our Physical Therapist will enjoy a generous hourly rate in addition to a $65-$75 per encounter rate. Our PT would also receive a $10 hourly stipend for drive time. This is a flexible position ranging between 3-10 encounters weekly. We're excited to offer our therapists an opportunity to deliver patient centered care. We empower therapists to decide what their patients need, and allow enough time in their day to deliver. There are no 15 minute encounters, we do not schedule at 125% production, and we encourage our therapists to spend the time to ensure each patient receives the care they require. The skilled nursing staff consists of trained professionals that are prepared to provide extraordinary care for even the most complex health conditions. Our Physical Therapist would be responsible for the following: Developing treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques. Creating personalized fitness-oriented health care programs for patients. Administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain and improve mobility. Advising patients on exercise techniques. Monitoring a patient's progress to make sure that they're successfully completing treatment Encouraging the patient during their recovery process Helping patients to improve their quality of life by finding solutions to their problems Teaching patients with disabilities to become more independent Coordinate care with our care team including OT, SLP, and RNs.
