The employees of Ice and Border Control, USPS, VA, TSA are just a few of the departments we work with. Our ideal candidate is confident and comfortable being independent. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help patients get back to their full potential. We will consider new graduates. Duties include but not limited to: Performs physical therapy evaluation and treatment of patients based upon physician orders/referrals Completes a comprehensive evaluation using appropriate evaluation and assessment tools and procedures Reviews patient records for current diagnosis, past medical history, and precautions Establishes measurable goals and develops treatment plan to move the patient toward patient's MMI Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Collaborates with medical providers regarding patient evaluation and treatment, and discussions on progress Full time Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm No Fridays or weekends
