Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide treatment for patients with pelvic health, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions. Provide hands-on, 1-on-1 therapy using a variety of evidence-based techniques, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and appropriate modalities. Provide specialized care for patients throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period, including treatment focused on pelvic floor function, core strength, mobility, pain management, and return to daily activities and exercise. Educate patients and their families on exercises, activity modifications, body mechanics, and techniques for at-home care. Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to support optimal outcomes. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote mobility, strength, functional independence, and overall fitness and wellness. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when appropriate to coordinate patient care and support continuity of treatment. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional and healthcare standards. Stay current on the latest advancements, research, and evidence-based practices in physical therapy, pelvic health, orthopedics, and rehabilitation. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while creating a comfortable and supportive environment for patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Requirements:
Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Utah. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Strong interest in pelvic health, including pregnancy and postpartum care. Experience in pelvic health is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right person. Experience or interest in orthopedic physical therapy is preferred. Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide individualized, 1-on-1 patient care. Commitment to evidence-based practice and continued professional development. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
