Schedule:

3 days off each week $5,000 sign-On Bonus $5,000 Relocation Assistance $1,500/year for CEUs Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4+ weeks

Qualifications & Requirements:

Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Montana license or ability to obtain Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture Excellent communication skills across all levels Collaborative, team-building personality style Servant leader mindset
