$95,000-$110,000 per year New Graduates Welcome We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join an established outpatient orthopedic practice in Northern Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PT or a new graduate interested in orthopedics, sports medicine, and working with an active patient population . One of the biggest advantages of this position is the schedule flexibility . Physical Therapists work 40 hours per week and have significant flexibility to choose the schedule that works best for them within the practice's operating hours of approximately 6:00 AM-8:00 PM . What You'll Do Evaluate and treat patients with a wide variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Work with orthopedic and sports-related injuries, including knee, shoulder, and other musculoskeletal conditions Treat a diverse patient population ranging from elementary and high-school-aged athletes to adults Collaborate with orthopedic providers and other members of the clinical team Educate patients on treatment plans, home exercises, injury prevention, and recovery Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Virginia licensure New graduates are encouraged to apply Interest in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine Strong communication and patient-care skills Prior orthopedic experience is not required .
