Responsibilities:
Provide efficient, quality-oriented physical therapy care through individualized programs including assessment, treatment planning and implementation, patient education, home exercise programs, and progress monitoring. Demonstrate superior clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and efficient management of clinical operations. Be open to mentorship and receptive to training processes. Maintain an environment consistent with company values and objectives. Project a professional image and attitude. Understand and follow regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Communicate and collaborate effectively with a variety of individuals and teams. Apply professional standards of practice consistently in clinical situations. Display strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Make sound independent decisions when appropriate. Use computer and software applications relevant to clinical documentation. Pass a background check and potential drug screening. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Doctoral and/or master's degree in Physical Therapy Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia Experience in outpatient and/or private practice physical therapy Full understanding of Virginia State Practice Act and compliance requirements
