Job DescriptionUniversity Physical Therapy - is seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient physical therapy and sports medicine team. This role focuses on providing evidence-based care to patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and performance-related conditions. You will work in a collaborative environment with other rehabilitation professionals to help patients return to peak function, wellness and performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with sports-related injuries, orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions.
Deliver hands-on therapy and prescribe therapeutic exercises to restore function, strength, and mobility.
Educate patients on injury and fall risk prevention, recovery strategies, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members in the community to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Stay current with best practices and advancements in sports medicine and rehabilitation.
New graduates with strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and sports rehab are encouraged to apply.

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.Licensure:
Active Physical Therapy license in Virginia.Experience:
Preferred:
1+ years in outpatient orthopedics or sports medicine.New graduates with strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and sports rehab are encouraged to apply.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
