Education:
Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college of Physical Therapy Preferred -
Sports Medicine License:
Must have and maintain a valid, unrestricted license in one of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S.
Virgin Islands Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience within the preceding three (3) years
Certifications:
Must have and maintain current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
Citizenship:
Must be a U.S. citizen
Communication:
Must be able to read, write, and speak English well enough to effectively communicate with patients and other staff members
Technical Skills:
Must have knowledge of computer operations and proficiency in basic word processing, data entry, and automated records
