Job Description
PRN/Contract Home Health Physical Therapist - Northern Virginia We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing home health team on a PRN/contract basis . Provide skilled PT in patients' homes, helping primarily older adults improve strength, balance, gait, mobility, safety, and independence . What You'll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercise, gait, balance, transfer, and mobility training Educate patients and caregivers on safety and home exercise programs Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals Complete timely and accurate EMR documentation What We're Looking For Active Virginia PT license Home health experience preferred, but not required Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work independently Reliable transportation Background check required Position Details PRN / Contract | Flexible Schedule | Northern Virginia | Competitive Per-Visit Pay If you're looking for flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives at home, apply today.
