- $84,000 - $105,000/year (pending experience)

This unique opportunity places you in a free-standing clinic within a high-volume sports complex, treating elite youth athletes, pickleball players, and strength training clients. You'll collaborate with a highly experienced PT/ATC (30+ years of experience) at a nationally recognized Sports Center of Excellence. As part of our commitment to clinical excellence, you'll have opportunities to learn from Providers of Excellence - Sports and gain exposure to our ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation programs, making this an ideal role for a physical therapist seeking growth in a dynamic, specialized environment.

- Responsibilities
- + Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations + Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients + Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors + Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
- Qualifications
- + Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school + Valid State Physical Therapist License + CPR certification
